State Gym

Ryan excelled at gym this year!  His big state meet was no different.  

He scored 4th in vault, 5th in pommel, 5th on high bar, and 3 on Par.  That's 6th overall, and is on to Regionals in OKC! His team took 2nd in state!!!

 

Band Stuff

 This year, UIL came to Kyle's school.  I had never been to a UIL band thing, so it was cool to see what they had to do.  I was especially amazed at the music reading section.  This band scored all perfects.  Incredible! 

Cancer is Back

I'm not super-excited about it, but keeping on keeping on.  

 

Cabo Spring Break

We had a lovely and much needed spring break in Cabo San Lucas.  There were SOOOO many fun times, from puzzle in a few hours, to just sitting in the sun, to swimming in a nearly empty pool, hot tubbing, outstanding whale watching, Stephen winning me jewelry in a football throwing/bellyflop tie breaking contest, great food, putt-putt, and poolside food.  We all loved nearly every minute----minus the required Covid test to get back into the USA + the breakdown of our plane on the actual flight back to the USA.
