2nd Week of Coronas

During these trying times, we were asked to stay at home.
A lovely service group brought us lots of food and school staples.

The elementary school did a neighborhood car parade.

Evan and Ryan and I made lemonade.  Out of lemons.

We tried out dinner on our porch, under the lights.

Evan and Ryan put together a color wheel of real-world items.

Our classroom is coming into its own.

I have to wear masks in these trying times.

Ryan and I hung out on the front porch, on our rocking chairs.

It was warm enough for meow to play with the hose.

We joined our neighborhood's Chalk the Walk.

Evan planted an apple seed and did a science project.

Ryan finally finished his Rube Goldberg machine project.

We pulled out some old toys.

We did a drive by birthday for the boys' cousin.

I fell and hurt my ankle and had to wear a boot, so I filled my time in wonderful ways.

We are all just trying to survive this CORONAS.

St. Patty's Day

NO PINCHING!

We are now caught up to The Coronas.  Today was the first day of homeschooling 2020 + chemo+ my chemo driver's husband's start of quarantine.
Thankfully, Steve was able to take me.

Who knew this week had so much fun in store.

Spring Break

Spring Break this year was a bust.
Stephen started his new job, I had chemo, we stay-cayed, we puzzled and played, we invented a new family game, and tried to enjoy our changes in plans.

Stephen and I also went to see Sir Mix-a-Lot, and all was right in the world.

Reader Helper

Little Po was a reading helper in Evan's class before Spring Break.

These boys love each other (or are worst enemies.)

I'm grateful that they love each other more than not.

While Ryan was helping Evan, my Mom got to come see us and help me at my latest chemo infusion.

And, then.....Spring Break!!!
