With the kids back in school, it was time for me to get busy on catching up on my own things and doing projects that are difficult to do with them around all the time. First, I cleaned and organized all the kitchen cabinets and the garage. That feels so good!
I also needed to get eye, teeth, and cancer check ups, which is so much easier without needing to worry about the kids' schedules. Between the optometrist, the cardiologist, the dentist, and the oncologist/radiologist, I think I got caught up.
At the end of the week, the skies let me know all that time was well spent and it was time to relax.
