Pioneer Day Extravaganza!

 How fun it was to be around for the Bryan and Lacie's Annual Pioneer Day event.  Bryan made a DELICIOUS dinner of old world filipino recipes.   We all chatted and hung out until it was dark.  Then, we went outside for a fireworks show!

Let the show begin....

 Ryan kept running to the blankets and hiding.  It's a good thing, too, because we had a few rouge fireworks that shot into the crowd and burned a few people and left some marks on cars.  We definitely had an up-close and personal show. 

 We got to meet Mia for the first time on this trip.

 Ryan loved the sparklers. 

Kyle couldn't wait to be finished with them.  {His negative reaction to fireworks started years ago!}  Also, I loved Paisley's expression in this one.  They both look a little disgusted with this whole thing. 
 

Way to go, Pioneers.  Thanks for sacrificing so we could eat filipino food and shoot off some fireworks.
