Halloween Stuff

Kyle came up with our family costume idea this year.  It was AWESOME!  We went as plague doctors!

With Covid, some of our regularly schedule October traditions were adjusted or let go entirely.  We did have fun at Ryan's gymnastics fall carnival and a church activity which made up for a pumpkin patch experience [free pumpkins!]. Some painted and some carved pumpkins at the last minute, as well as trick or treating!  It was fun and full, even with restrictions. We made one of our favorite times of the year work for this year.

Open Sky Dance

Stephen and I were invited to a special night of dance.  Yes, I know that it's not really Stephen's thing, but this was special.

The daughter of one of my breast cancer support group members daughter is a dancer. Her mission is to interview cancer survivors and choreograph a modern dance to represent the patient's story.  It's quite emotional to have this art done in my honor and to be mentioned by name and introduced prior to the show.

What a special night! I'm so grateful for this company and that Stephen brought me.

Primary Program

Church has been changed since Covid.

Instead of having an actual Primary Program this year, parents made videos of the kids saying their parts.  Those videos were put together to make a long video to show instead of a live program.  It worked.

Braves + Dodgers

After months in quarantine, the new Rangers Stadium opened, and we went to an actual baseball game with Stephen's parents.  What a fun fall night!!!
