Bear World

 Before we made it to Island Park, we met Bryan and Lacie at Bear World!

We loved watching the bears move over to this double-decker safari truck and stand up on their hind legs, begging for food. 

Our favorite part of all was watching these baby bears fighting, playing what looked like "king of the hill!"

 There was a fun little amusement park and a petting zoo.

What a great start to the adventures. 

Utah

While in Utah, the boys took a field trip to one of Gramps' projects and worked with some heavy equipment.  (It's probably a good idea their mother didn't go along.)

And, I was FINALLY able to see my friend, Amber, and her home.

 It was a whirlwind trip, with not a lot of sleep, but Stephen did not have to pump me up with steroids because of a brain scare.  Win, Win!!!
